We all know it’s best to have a healthy snack after working out. Studies have shown that eating a small meal of protein and healthy carbs helps increase the benefits of your workout and speeds up the fat loss process. So what’s your favorite post workout meal?



A nice cold protein shake or a banana.
The healthy breakfast choice for me is the great covnersation and the sharing of workout tales from the Saturday morning session that we had just endured.
Oh yeah and the yummy avocado salsa and a tickled pink juice from Buzz.
Gluten Free Megagrain, avocado, baby spinach, smoked salmon and a poached egg on top. Yum!
I’m always partial to poached eggs on Sol Bread toast….. with some smoked salmon if I’m feeling particularly decadent!
