To be able to participate in our level 2 metabolic conditioning sessions we require you to be able to perform the following exercises with full range of movement and perfect technique. By being able to perform the following exercises you are at a level where you can participate in the level 2 sessions safely and you have a good base to execute some of the more advanced lifts without causing injury.

- Push-ups full length x 4 reps

Males

- 16kg-20kg Double Kettlebell clean to press x 10 reps
- Push-ups full length x 15 reps
- Chin-ups x 6
