Our number one rule here at function well is; “YOU CAN’T OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET!”.
For this reason we spend a lot of time writing articles and providing quality content in our newsletter to educate our members on the importance of nutrition. The current diet for the majority of the population is very poor and as a consequence is causing degenerative and inflammatory problems and obesity.
Supplement recommendations
We simply can’t get all the nutrients we require from our food supply alone, 100 years ago yes, but these days no. This is due to our food being highly processed, genetically modified and prepared in a way that destroys much of the nutritional content.

Online training platform with regular strength training programs
It is well documented that you are more likely to achieve your results if you follow a program. This is why we have the online training program that allocates you strength programs relative to your goals every 4-6 weeks
PC 1-2-3. Three systemised 1 on 1 Performance Coaching sessions to ensure your training gets off to the best possible start.
- PC 1 – Is an introduction on how to correctly warm up using self myofascial release techniques and mobility drills to prevent injury and relieve muscular pain.
- PC 2 – Is an introduction to the fundamental strength exercises. During this session you will learn correct lifting technique for the exercises that will maximise your training results at your current level.
- PC 3 – Is an introduction to metabolic conditioning in a 1 on 1 format.
Unlimited access and use of all equipment including infra red sauna
Full use of our cutting edge, innovative, results based equipment. The gym floor includes 4 power racks so you can be sure you are always going to have the equipment that gets you the best possible results available.
