Stressed, bored with your training? Boxing is great for stress release but also a great way to get a full body conditioning session & get in to shape.
These sessions are ran here at the gym and on a Friday morning at Kangaroo Point.
Metabolic Conditioning
It is a scientifically designed group fitness program designed to boost your metabolism, drop body fat, increase your strength and make your body function better in your daily life.

HIIT burns more calories overall than steady state and elevates metabolism significantly more than other forms of cardio. The positive is that you can train for less duration and get a better result, the downside is it’s bloody HARD!
