    Get Fitter, Have Fun & Help Support A Cause Close To Our Hearts – ‘The House With No Steps’

    Winter is upon us and motivation for exercise can start to decline during the cooler months for many, when this happens I often recommend to take 10minutes to re establish your goals incorporating an event to reach – in other words something to train for.  So if you’re struggling for motivation, want something to train for or are a competitive son of a b%tch then we’ve got a few events over the next few months to get you on track, back on track or fulfill your competitive needs.
