Recently, one of our members Pearly cooked us some delicious peanut and oat cookies! Fresh from the oven and smelling incredible, we deemed them a great post-workout treat. They were so delicious we thought we had to share the recipe. Thanks Pearly!

Sliders – those tiny burgers with dripping mayo that are trending in all the popular restaurants at the moment. They look appealing, are inarguably tasty, but they are guaranteed to leave you feeling ill, lethargic and certainly won’t do much towards helping your training. Lucky for us, the amazing Shannon from MyFoodReligion has revamped the Slider and boy do they look good! Thanks Shan!

I’m not sure about you, but when it comes to cooking clean desserts I get anxious. If I eliminate the flour will it be too wet? If I substitute the cream for almond milk will the consistency be the same? Kaffir Lime and Ginger Glazed Ham
This is a stunning way to glaze a Christmas ham. Fresh Asian Flavours with a beautiful caramelized glaze. Leftovers will go down a treat in salads over the holiday weekend.

This months recipe has been provided by Larder 2! Some of the Performance Coaches have tried them, the consensus is a resounding YUM!
Larder 2 Protein Balls
Blend all ingredients until they form a paste (Add Almond milk until desired consistency is reached) then roll into balls and dust with Coconut! Too easy!
Variation: Stuff with Frozen Raspberries if desired
