Before you read on I must bring to your attention that after reading the overview of our Metabolic Group Coaching sessions you may think – Sounds too Intense For Me? If you have lulled yourself into the false sense of accomplishment with a workout that has left you with two beads of sweat on your brow from peddling on a bike while watching Dr Phil than you need some more intensity in your training.
It is intense but only as intense as your current fitness level permits. Our coaches carefully monitor your training to ensure maximum gains while maintaining safety.
Our coaches are experts at getting the best out of you without breaking you. You are stronger than you realize and our conditioning sessions brings out your hidden ability.
The following is an overview of the most Personalised and Effective group training structure ANYWHERE!
Our classes are ran as follows.
- Metabolic conditioning with 3 associated levels which are conducted in our Functional Group Training Room.
- Yoga class-These 2 classes are conducted on our outdoor deck.
- Boxing
Boxing
Stressed, bored with your training? Boxing is great for stress release but also a great way to get a full body conditioning session & get in to shape.
Our unique wall mounted focus mitts are a fun, but challenging workout for all fitness levels.
Metabolic Conditioning:
Our Metabolic Conditioning Sessions are maximum of 15 participants per class to ensure the session is personalised and correct technique is being utilised for all lifts. It is a scientifically designed group fitness program designed to boost your metabolism, drop body fat, increase your strength and make your body function better in your daily life.
Over the last few years I have been on a quest to develop a facility and program that not only produces staggering functional strength, fat loss and maximum endurance but also the mental and emotional toughness that only comes from pushing your self beyond perceived limits – beyond what you think is possible. Because that’s when you’re really alive. That’s when you feel powerful and potent. That’s when the daily B.S. can never grind you down – because you’re too damn strong! I’ve seen it time and time again exercise is more than just improving the way you look, it has a ripple effect to literally improve every other aspect of your life.
