Due to the growing demand that we’ve experienced over the last few years for our personalised and effective training facility, we have had to expand into a MUCH bigger and improved premises. Our new facility is located in the space formally known as Bodywize. It is now re branded with Function Well’s high quality service and philosophies. We invite past and present members and anyone interested in quality FREE seminars and giveaways to join us at our open day to check out our new equipment, gym floor layout and five star service.
For those who are familiar with Function Well, we have bought our unique philosophies with us, which means that all of the things that you love about Function Well (like our results based group coaching sessions, personalised performance coaching and a fun, friendly training environment) remain. We are looking forward to being able to stretch out (literally) with you and take your strength, health and fitness to the next level.

Think you’ve got what it takes to win some of our fitness and strength challenges?…Compete in one, two, four or maybe all events. What ever you feel like participating in get amongst it on the day, prizes up for grabs for each challenge.

Rower: 500m to time
